All correctly completed entries will be automatically entered into the weekly draw. Entry to the weekly draws remains open until midnight on the Sunday prior to the final X Factor Live Show (dates of the shows are to be confirmed in line with TV scheduling information). Entrants can make further entries by using a different code each time. By entering, entrants agree that if they win they will co- operate with the promoter’s publicity as may be reasonably requested.

Codes have no cash value and may not be sold or exchanged. Other manufacturer’s codes and codes which have printing errors do not constitute codes which are valid for the Promotion. Winners should keep their winning wrappers as they may be asked to provide these to the Promoter as evidence of winning. The prizes: The X Factor Live TV Shows: 2 pairs of tickets to a live TV show and 1 nights accommodation (twin room) in London and £200 spending money. Winners will be responsible for the cost of travel to the hotel and to and from the venue.

The X Factor Live Tour tickets: 65 x pairs of tickets to the live X Factor Tour 2012. Tickets to the Live X Factor Tour 2012 do not include accommodation or spending money. Winners must make their own way to and from the venue.

Prize Draws and notification of winners:

There will be a draw for each of The X Factor Live Shows followed by a final draw for tickets for The X Factor Tour 2012 and after that the Bonus Prize Draw.
The draws will be taken from all entries made at the time of the relevant closing date.
Opening date for entries is 1st August 2011.
The closing dates for entry in the prize draws will be:
for each of the Live Shows - Midnight on the Sunday Prior to the Show - 2 entries will be drawn and each of the winners will receive two tickets (2 x pairs of tickets will be given out per draw)

A winner of a prize will not be awarded a prize in any of the remaining prize draws. The winning entries will be drawn at random by computer from all valid entries and verified by an independent adjudicator. No correspondence will be entered into and any decision by the Promoter will be binding. Winners will receive an email or phone call within 48 hours of the relevant prize draw notifying them of their win and asking them to confirm acceptance of the prize.
